At TerraSoil, we strive to provide high-quality soil solutions and educational resources. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy in compliance with EU consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Policy)
As per the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving them without needing to provide a reason.
🔹 To qualify for a return:
✔ The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The item must be in resellable condition.
✔ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, the following products are non-refundable:
❌ Opened or used soil products
❌ Custom-made or personalized items
❌ Digital downloads or educational materials (if applicable)
❌ Gift cards or promotional items
3. Refund Process
✔ Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
✔ If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
✔ Refunds are issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
🔹 If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged product), we will issue a full refund including shipping costs.
🔹 If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer must cover return shipping costs.
4. Order Cancellations
✔ You can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
✔ If the order has already been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, and the return policy applies.
5. Returns for Workshop & Event Bookings
🔹 Full refund for cancellations at least 7 days before the event.
🔹 50% refund for cancellations 3-6 days before the event.
🔹 No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before the event.
If TerraSoil cancels or reschedules a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook for a future session.
6. Shipping Returns
