1. Order Confirmation
🔹 All orders must be confirmed via email, phone call, or text message before processing.
🔹 Once your order is confirmed, we will provide estimated shipping times and costs based on your location.

2. Payment Terms for Shipping
📌 Orders within Malta: Payment can be made upon confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
📌 Orders outside Malta: Must be paid in full upfront, unless otherwise invoiced and agreed upon privately.

3. Shipping Timeframes & Costs
A. Domestic Shipping (Malta & Gozo)
✔ Delivery Time: 2-5 business days after order confirmation.
✔ Delivery Cost: Calculated at checkout or communicated during order confirmation.
✔ Special Handling: Bulk or large orders may require additional processing time.
B. International Shipping (EU & Beyond)
✔ Delivery Time: 5-15 business days, depending on destination.
✔ Delivery Cost: Based on weight, size, and shipping destination.
✔ Customs & Duties: Customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by their country.
📌 Note: International orders must be paid in full upfront unless otherwise arranged.
4. Custom Orders & Bulk Purchases
A. Custom Orders (Made-to-Order Products)
✔ Require a 50% deposit upfront before processing.
✔ The balance is due before shipment or upon delivery, depending on the agreement.
B. Custom Orders for Specific Items (Raw Organic Amendments)
✔ Require a 50% deposit upfront to secure shipping and availability.
✔ The balance is due before shipment.
C. Bulk Orders (Tons or More)
✔ For bulk orders of 1 ton or more, please email us before purchasing.
✔ We provide customized quotations based on current market pricing and availability.

5. Tracking & Delivery Issues
✔ Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number (if applicable).
✔ If your order is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact us immediately for support.
✔ TerraSoil is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (customs, weather, strikes, or courier issues).
6. Returns & Refunds for Shipping Costs
✔ If we fail to deliver an order due to our own error, we will issue a full refund or reship the product at no additional cost.
✔ If a customer refuses delivery or fails to pick up an order, we will not refund shipping costs.
